The trails around Eda not only gives you the opportunity to enjoy the journey, they are an excellent way to also discover the nature, history and culture.
Walking is easy. Wandering is fun.

The 240 km long Finnskogleden starts in Morokulien and meanders on both sides of the border almost to the Norwegian town Trysil. Around the trail there are also alternative hikes that you can walk: Sjutorpsrundan and Tiotorpsrundan.

The Church trail 17 km runs between Valfjället peak (Köla church) to Skillingmark church

The Pilgrim Trail of western Värmland has its origins at Värmlandsnäs, and enters Eda along the former railway tracks from Sulvik to Koppom. It continues through Beted and Skillingsfors to the Norwegian border, where it continues to Vestmarka. The entire route within the Eda municipality is 45 km long.

The Säter trail has its starting point at Remjäng sawmill and meanders some 10 km up to chalet Remjängssätern.di During the spring of 2021 there is going to be disforestation in the area along the trail.

At Gullrosa mountain in Skillingmark there are two trails: the Family trail of 1.6 kms and the Tough trail of 2.3 kilometers. The latter is difficult and has several steep and almost impenetrable passages.

The River path in Koppom is a 5 km long trail that follows the Köla river. Start right below the school below County Road No 177 - where you can also find an information board. The trail ends before the power station.

Tallmons natural and recreational area in Charlottenberg has several excellent hiking trails and even a barbecue hut, which is open to the public. Here is an illuminated track of 2.5 km, Tallmostigen 4.2 km, the Ski trail 4 km, Hökedalsstigen 800 m, Vrångsälvsstigen 800 m, as well as the Nature and culture trail 1 km.

Through Charlottenberg meanders the Culture walk of ca 10 kilometers. Start and finish at the Municipal House. The map guide is available for 20 SEK in the Municipal House and the tourist center. The Culture walk is registered with the Swedish National Sport Federation.
